Bronze at the Korean Open 2004
Conrad travelled with the British Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do Team to Korea to take part in one of the hardest competitions there is. With 1663 competitiors taking part over the five day event with many Olympic players gearing up for the olympic games.
This was a three day Tae Kwon Do sparring competition culminating in a 2 day poomse and breaking competition. All of the players were housed at Chung Chong University eating meals together for some weeks prior to the tournament. Conrads weight fought on the thrid and final day. Sustaining injuries but pushing through to the semi finals (Photos) Conrad managed to secure a bronze medal. Official World Tae Kwon Do Web Site
