Lon Sau Huen Jing Gyeuk, Jut Gyeuk, Syeung Ma Boang Sau
(Horizontal Block/Circle front kick, jerking leg, Stepdown/Wing arm deflection): Turn the body 90 degrees to the left, simultaneously drawing the left arm horizontally across the chest with a twisting clench of the fist and execute and outward-circling, Yum-powered front kick to the centreline
The fist should be rotated so that the bottom faces outward and slightly upward with the thumb bracing the outside of the first index knuckle. The foot should be turned toes out to 45 degrees with the heel on the centreline. After full extension of the kick, sharply draw the kicking leg straight down to the heel without bending the knee
This downward jerking motion simulates a leg block or take down and serves as the leading step for the Syeung Ma Boang Sau
During this motion, the right Boang Sau and left Woo Sau are executed with forward reference to the original centreline and timed to conincide with the right sliding step of the advance
Chum Kiu (Sinking Bridge):
Maintaining the forward reference and keeping both wrists on the centreline, snap both elbows down to origin position with an inward twist of both forearms. The left wrist should be over the right and there should be approximately one finger-width between them. Both palms should face up.
Toh Ma Boang Sau (Step/Slide/Wing arm deflection):
without changing the forward reference, take a short sideward step to the left heel (57a) and slide the right foot the exact distance stepped by the left to gain the original width of the stance, executing a right Boang Sau with the stepping syllable of the footwork
As the right arm comes up, the left hand raises to Woo Sau position with the left palm facing the upper right inner forearm and the fingertips angled slightly backward toward the right biceps. Both wrists should be on the centreline and the forearms should be parallel.

Chau Kuen (Drilling Punch):
without moving the feet and deriving power from a short left torque of the hips, sink the right elbow, retract the left fist to the ribs and begin twisting the right fist palm-up as it extends along the Immovable Elbow Moving line
At completion of the punch, the fist should be angled 45 degrees in relation to the floor at diaphragm level on the centre-line. This motion is also know as ‘Juen Kuen’ (Drilling Punch) and ‘Joong Loh Kuen’ (Mid level punch).
Chuen Ging Kuen (Inch Power Punch):
without moving the stance or body, shoot the right fist to full extension of the arm on the Centreline with a 90 degree inward twist which takes it to a palm down position, rotated 45 degrees in relation to the floor in the opposite direction from its previous position in the last motion.
Jing Ma Lop Fook (return to centre/outward cross grab):
Pivot the stance 45 degrees back to the centre as the right elbow drops to origin position, whipping the forearm inward and downward until the right wrist is on the centreline at diaphragm level. The right hand is open with the palm down.
Tuet Sau, Huen Sau, Sau Kuen:
Place the back of the left hand on the inner right elbow joint with the fingers pointing downward
thrust the left arm downward along the right forearm with a twisting motion of both arms as the right arm retracts to the ribs. At full extension, the left wrist snaps inward
Keeping the left wrist on the centreline, snap the fingers inward toward the body
Circle the wrist until it snaps the fist inward
Using the elbow as the source of power retract the left fist to the ribs
Lon Sau Huen Jing Gyeuk, Jut Gyeuk, Syeung Ma Boang Sau:

Toh Ma Boang Sau:
Take a short sideward step to the right heel and slide the left foot the exact distance stepped by the right to regain the original width of the stance, executing a left Boang Sau with the stepping syllable of the footwork. As the left arm comes up, the right hand raises to Woo Sau position with the right palm facing the upper left inner forearm and the fingertips angled slightly backward toward the left biceps. Both wrists should be on the centreline and the forearms should be parallel.

Chen Ging Kuen:

Jing Ma Lop Fook:
Pivot the stance 45 degrees back to the centre as the left elbow drops to Origin position, whipping the forearm inward and downward until the left wrist is on the Centreline at diaphragm level. The left hand is open with the palm down.
Tuet Sau, Huen Sau, Sau Kuen:
Place the back of the right wrist on the inner left elbow joint with the fingers pointing downward
As the right hand begins to scrape down along the left forearm, both arms twist inward so that by the time the wrists cross, the inner wrists are in contact. At the completion of the motion, the right wrist in snapped inward on the centreline
Keeping the arm locked out and the wrist on the centreline, snap the right wrist inward and downward in the Huen Sau motion which ends with a sharp inward snap of the wrist and clench of the fist
Using the elbow as the source of power, retract the right fist to the ribs
The fist should not touch the body, and the elbows should eb sunken to pull the shoulders down.
