Ideal for the beginner and experienced Martial Artist alike. Easily assembled on the wall for practicing Sticky Hands, Huen sau, Kau-sau, Tok sau, Pak-sau etc. The Spring enables the arm to give like a real arm. Ideal for hard or soft application of technique. A permanent location inside is essential. The hardwood arms extend 350mm from the woodendummy body and are clad in leather sheaths. The arms are fixed to a leather clad and padded wooden block. It is possible to only practice hard and fast punching techniques using the rear leather padding. Ontop of this there is the added benefit of 2 dummy spring arms to practice all of the trapping and pressing techniques that are utilised in the majority of the martial arts.
