about martial arts. I’m older now and have been prtniicacg different arts for almost four years. I can only imagine how my performance would be if I started earlier. I train in MMA and at a Ninjutsu dojo now. I know this wasn’t the main point of this article, but one thing I’d like to add is that when your kids get older, it would be in their best interest from a self defense perspective to sign up at an adult Krav Maga, Ninjutsu, or other self-defense-specific school, as well as a boxing or kickboxing gym if possible. Children’s dojos are valuable, but I believe they are better for scoring points in competition than defense in a dangerous situation. Many adult dojos will not focus on the values you talk about here, on the other hand, but that is something your kids will have hopefully already learned early on.
