MOVEMENT ELEVEN

Smoothly extend the right hand to guarding position, placing the left Woo Sau just next to the elbow of the leading arm

-

Twist the right hand outward as it thrusts forward to make contact with the Dummy arm. The right hand should twist to a 45 degree angle in relation to the floor when it reaches full extension.

As the right hand moves forward, the left Woo Sau follows the right elbow. On completion of the motion, the Woo hand has moved forward and ends up in a position very near the inner right elbow.

-

Choh MaLop/Chahng Geng (Stance Pivot/Grab/Throat Spade)

Turn the right hand over without losing Bridge Contact and convert the hand to a Lop Sau thumbless grab. As the stance pivots halfway to the right and the left hand passes between the two upper Dummy arms to strike with Chahng Jyeung at throat-level to the White strike pad the right hand pulls on the dummy arm.

Use a pivot of the shoulders to add snap to the motion and keep the Lop elbow on the Immovable Elbow Moving Line.

MOVEMENT TWELVE

Joang Sau, Biu Joang Sau

Smoothly withdraw the right hand to guarding position, placing the left Woo Sau just next to the elbow of the leading arm

MOVEMENT THIRTEEN

Turn the right hand over without losing Bridge Contact and convert the hand to a Lop Sau thumbless grab. As the stance pivots halfway to the right and the left hand passes between the two upper Dummy arms to grab the rear of the dummy at neck level the right hand pulls on the dummy arm.

Use a pivot of the shoulders to add snap to the motion and keep the Lop elbow on the Immovable Elbow Moving Line.

MOVEMENT FOURTEEN

Boang Sau (Wing Arm Deflection)

Without moving the stance, drop the left arm through the two upper Dummy arms and circle it outside to the left. Continue to circle into a right Boang Sau that threads between the two upper Dummy arms and opens out slightly toward the Dummy as the forearm makes contact with the inside right Dummy arm. During the circling motion of the left arm, the right hand is brought up to Woo Sau position, moving in the opposite direction from the left.

MOVEMENT FIFTEEN

Seep Ma Tan Da Chahng Dai Jyeung (Three Point Stance/Palm-Up Block/Low "Spade-Palm" Thrust)

Step the right foot to the right along the Semicircle. Without losing Bridge Contact with the left arm, covert the Boang into Tan Sau as the left foot circle-steps around the Dummy Leg to create a new Centreline 45 degrees off the Original Centreline.

Making sure the right hand remains in the Woo Sau position.

-

Execute a right Chahng Dai Jyeung, completing that strike with Raising Power as the right foot finishes the three part footwork with a sliding step. The footwork has three parts - step, circle and slide.

At the completion of the motion, both knees should remain bent with the pelvis up. The left wrist should be sharply bent to give the Tan Sau a "sticky" trapping effect with wrist and back of the Tan hand pressing down on the Dummy arm.

The Arm Bridge sticks to the arm of the Dummy while moving.
