MOVEMENT THIRTY ONE

Choh Ma Dai Boang Sau

Pivot the stance to the left and execute a low right Boang Sau with the right elbow closer to the Dummy than the right wrist. The arm should twist from initial contact at the inner right wrist until it ends up with the outer forearm in contact after moving downward with rubbing friction. At the completion of the motion, the low Dummy arm should point past the front of the trainee's body and should not touch him even if it were three feet longer. During the pivot, the left hand moves to Woo Sau position.

MOVEMENT THIRTY TWO

Toh Ma Pock Da Fun Sau

Step the left foot to the left on the Semicircle and slide the right foot an equal distance to recover the original stance width. During the left step, the left hand slaps the outside left Dummy Arm inward. As the right foot slides, the right hand chops outward and upward to the left side of the Dummy. At the completion of the motion, the stance is in Outward Facing position and the left hand is turned so that the fingers point toward the Dummy to prevent the chest and shoulder from tightening up as they would if the Pock Sau Structure was not altered to suit its Outward Facing application.

MOVEMENT THIRTY THREE

Dyeung Jing Gyeuk

Pivot inward on the left foot to face the Dummy and raise the right arm to Joang Sau position with the hand at eye-level. Shoot the right foot directly to a hip-level stamping Front kick to the Dummy trunk. At the completion of the motion, the toes of the right foot should be angled 45 degrees upward.

-

Drop the right foot whilst retaining the right knee position. Power the right foot forwards towards the dummy whilst twisting the hips and the left foot to the left. The foot should be parallel to the floor when it makes contact with the dummy.

The power found in this kick is generated by a twisting action of the hips. This can be a devastating attack with only a small amount of movement.

MOVEMENT THIRTY FOUR

Smoothly step down with the right foot and slide the left foot towards the right as the left low Wing Arm Deflection twists into the low Dummy arm with downward force. During the pivot, the right hand moves to Woo Sau position.

MOVEMENT THIRTY FIVE

Toh Ma Pock Da Fun Sau

Step the right foot to the right on the Semicircle and slide the left foot an equal distance to recover the original stance width. During the right step, the right hand slaps the outside right Dummy Arm towards the dummy centre. As the left foot slides, the left hand chops outward and upward to the right side of the Dummy. At the completion of the motion, the stance is in Outward Facing position and the right hand is turned so that the fingers point toward the Dummy to prevent the chest and shoulder from tightening up as they would if the Pock Sau Structure was not altered to suit its Outward Facing application.

MOVEMENT THIRTY SIX

Dyeung Jing Gyeuk

Pivot inward on the right foot to face the Dummy and raise the left arm to Joang Sau position with the hand at eye-level. Shoot the left foot directly to a hip-level stamping Front kick to the Dummy trunk. At the completion of the motion, the toes of the left foot should be angled 45 degrees upward.

-

Drop the left foot whilst retaining the left knee position. Power the left foot forwards towards the dummy whilst twisting the hips and the right foot to the right. The left foot should be parallel to the floor when it makes contact with the dummy.

The power found in this kick is generated by a twisting action of the hips. This can be a devastating attack with only a small amount of movement.

MOVEMENT THIRTY SEVEN

Smoothly step down with the left foot and slide the right foot towards the left as both the high Sweep and low Chop Block make contact with the upper and lower dummy arms. At the completion of the step down the left foot should be positioned very near the Dummy leg, but not past it.

MOVEMENT THIRTY EIGHT

Without losing Bridge Contact with the right hand, flip the left hand up from its previous position to Fook Sau Structure attacking the left dummy arm. The right hand  undertakes a downward outward circling snap of the wrists to Huen Sau position with the elbow up in 135 degree Structure.
