Drop the left foot whilst retaining the left knee position. Power the left foot forwards towards the dummy whilst twisting the hips and the right foot to the right. The left foot should be parallel to the floor when it makes contact with the dummy.

The power found in this kick is generated by a twisting action of the hips. This can be a devastating attack with only a small amount of movement.
