Drop the right foot whilst retaining the right knee position. Power the right foot forwards towards the dummy whilst twisting the hips and the left foot to the left. The foot should be parallel to the floor when it makes contact with the dummy.

The power found in this kick is generated by a twisting action of the hips. This can be a devastating attack with only a small amount of movement.
