Step the left foot to the left on the Semicircle and turn in to face the Dummy with a simultaneous left Pock Sau to the outer left Dummy arm and low right stomp to the Dummy's knee. As the block and kick are extended the right hand moves to Woo Sau position. At the completion of the motion, the base leg should be bent to keep the body straight. The fingers of the left hand should be vertical to retain and apply strength.
