MOVEMENT ONE HUNDRED AND FIVE
Step the right foot to the right on the Semicircle, slide the left foot in an arcing path around the Dummy leg and begin a right Slap Block to the outer right Dummy arm. As the right sliding step is completed execute a low left palm strike to the midsection. At the completion of the motion, both elbows are in Origin Position and the left hand is horizontal with the palm heel on the Original Centre. The left heel should not be raised from the floor.
