Step forward with the right foot into oreun apkubi (right front stance) and perform a momtongmakki (mid-section block) and consecutively deliver a momtong dubeon jireugi (mid-section punch twice). Once with amomtong baro jireugi (mid section reverse punch) and then with a momtong bandae jireugi (mid section front punch), both to the solar plexus. On delivering the final punch shout KIHAP using the gut as the source of energy.
