Move the left foot and turn to the left through 90 degrees anticlockwise into wen apkubi (left front stance) and perform a momtongmakki (mid-section block) and consecutively deliver a momtong dubeon jireugi (mid-section punch twice). Once with a momtong baro jireugi (mid section reverse punch) and then with a momtong bandae jireugi (mid section front punch), both to the solar plexus.
